Dearest ONES,
While this may seem like a strange pairing of info, they are both time-sensitive, which is why I’m sending them together.
To begin with, let me introduce you to my friend and colleague, Toni Toney, whom I’ve known and admired for many years. She has written a new book called the Ecotarian Diet: A sustainable way of eating for your body and your planet! Like Toni, I believe that the Ecotarian Revolution is definitely a movement whose time has come! The reason is this: it’s not the typical raw, vegan, or vegetarian diet ~ it’s about eating a more local sustainable fare that will not only heal our bodies but our planet as well!
Toni has been a leader in the organic food industry and health field for over 33 years. The depth of her knowledge runs deep and she is now offering that knowledge to you. This is truly a very special moment in time to become a part of a movement bigger than ourselves; a movement that has the potential to change the course of our lives and the life of our planet.
Toni launched her book last week and it’s filled with great info to help you get your body into balance and healthier. As a special for my friends and colleagues, Toni is offering her ebook and paperback book at a 30% discount until September 6th. So click here and enter your name plus email address to receive her Top Ten Tips then, if you like what you sampled, you can go to Amazon (on that same link) and purchase your copy today!
BTW,David “Avocado” Wolfe loves her book so much he gave her a brief testimonial via

Check it out!
While Toni recommends food grown Organically or Biodynamically, I’d like to mention there also are other methods of growing ecologically and organically, all in alignment with Ecotarian living, one of which is called #Permaculture (I spent 3 weeks studying it while living in Italy and loved the concept). Here is a short video where you can check that out, if you are interested. It’s calledPermaculture 101
Other forms of ecological farming include Aquaponics

and  Hydraponics  Both use considerably less water than the others.
I now also look for all of those as well as Biodynamic or Organic farmed produce whenever possible. One of my neighbors is currently researching aquaponics for Mt Shasta…. stay tuned…
I would also like to add that I’ve been basically eating an Ecotarian Diet for many years. However, because I’ve also had IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) since I was a child, I needed something more to help create a still healthier ‘terrain’ in my gut. About 6 months ago, I began taking very special Body Biotics Pre-Probiotic, which changed my life. Not only is my digestive system hugely improved within just 6 months, but I no longer suffer from IBS! With this probiotic there are often ‘surprise’ benefits, like my arthritic hip improving exponentially. I’m now walking with practically no pain at all.To check out some of the unexpected benefits others have had, click on Try Pre-Probiotics Body BioticsTM & EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED!!!Here is another link that explains the The Body Biotic Difference

These and much more info are both on my website
Last but definitely not least is the Tom Kenyon post about his special event September 5th Hathor World Sound Meditation’
Its important to read it awhile before the actual event as there is a bit of preparation needed.
Here is an excerpt from that post:
On September 5th 2015 the Hathors are calling for a #global #sound #meditation that will join many life-affirming beings including humans, angelics, interdimensional and intergalactic intelligences into an alliance for the protection of life and its elevation upon this planet.
You can “tune in” and participate in this meditation wherever you may be in the world. Distance is not an obstacle at this level of #consciousness.
Well, that’s all for now. I trust you will partake of whatever you are guided to… In any case, Enjoy!
Lots of Love, Joy, & Health,
